Last updated: October 28, 2026. This privacy policy explains how Edmonton Spray Foam Insulation ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal information in accordance with the Alberta Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and PIPEDA.
What we collect
When you call us or submit our estimate form, we collect the contact details you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address and a description of your project. Our call tracking records the fact and duration of calls so we can return missed calls and measure which advertising works.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: responding to your request and delivering the work you hire us for. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Retention and protection
We keep project records only as long as they are useful for serving you, honouring our workmanship commitments and meeting legal requirements. Access is limited to the people who need it to do their jobs.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (587) 802-3628 or writing to us at 9342 153 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5R 1R1. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Third parties
Our website uses call tracking and basic analytics services that process the data described above on our behalf. These providers may not use your information for their own purposes.
